Interactive, hands-on educational programs with Alberta curriculum matches are available for grades K-12. Contact our Education Department to arrange your group's educational tour for any age level. Programs are provided by interpretive guides, and/or oil patch veterans and volunteers of our Society who will lead the students through our 23,000 square foot facility and cover topics ranging from geology, history and of course natural resources. The highlight of the tour includes a visit outdoors onto a 1940's era drilling rig. We provide the hardhats — you bring the cameras!
Groups must be booked in advance. The average program length is 2 hours.
